Tricia Serviss publishes "Researching Writing Program Administration Expertise in Action: A Case Study of Collaborative Problem Solving as Transdisciplinary Practice" with Julia Voss in the February issue of College Composition and Communication. Journal editor Jonathan Alexander introduces the article, writing: "Action in the world is content, and how we do our work—and how we invite students and others to consider the work of writing in the world—deserves critical reflection."
