Placement in pre-ELWR and ELWR-fulfilling courses is determined by the Writing Placement Survey (WPS). All ELWR unsatisfied first-year students who enroll at UC Davis should complete the Writing Placement Survey (WPS). To enroll in UWP 007Y, you must have a PATH3 placement on the Writing Placement Survey (WPS) OR completion of UWP 22 with a C- (70%) or higher.
