Research Areas:

Teaching and research interests include Writing in Health Sciences and Writing in Education, Writing Across the Curriculum, labor-based contract grading, learning transfer, graduate writing and writing with AI.

Biography:

Lisa Sperber teaches a range of writing upper and lower division composition courses, with a specialization in Writing in Health and Writing in Education.

Education:

Ph.D. in English, University of California, Davis, 2012

M.A. in English, University of California, Davis, 2000

B.A., Sarah Lawrence College, 1994​
