UWP Professor Dana Ferris Develops Peer-Reviewed Journal on Writing Response

University Writing Program Professor Dana Ferris is the founding Editor-in-Chief of a new peer-reviewed journal, the Journal of Response to Writing. Hosted online at Brigham Young University, the first issue has gone live and can be accessed for free here:

This new journal includes both research and teaching-oriented articles about response to writing (teacher response, peer response, online response, writing centers, and more). Also involved in this new journal are recent UC Davis  graduates Dr. Grant Eckstein (Linguistics, 2014) and Dr. Betsy Gilliland (Education, 2012) and current University Writing Program DE student Kendon Kurzer (Ph.D. student in Education).
