Publishing can be the most exciting part of the writing process for our students, yet daunting for us. How can we provide the publishing experience to our young students while keeping our sanity? In this session, we will break down the publishing process and explore a variety of publishing options. You will leave ready to have a publishing party of your own! Please bring a laptop or device, if possible.

This interactive presentation includes step-by-step directions on how to integrate thoughtful and deliberate reflection and is appropriate for all content areas. The Writing Smorgasbord (All Grades)
Are you hungry for ideas of how to get your students writing digitally? Then come feast at the writing smorgasbord, where you’ll see ideas for writing that can be used in a wide variety of classrooms from elementary to high school. Choose from hors d'oeuvres like digital discussions, toss together a salad using writing and revising strategies, or dig your teeth into more meaty dishes like publishing Google Slides books. Pull up a seat, bring a Google account (gmail) and your own device (optional), and enjoy the meal!
