UWP Faculty Expert Presents Writing Workshop for University of Pacific Film Program
On May 6, Pamela Demory presented a workshop at University of the Pacific to film faculty in the Department of Modern Languages and Literature who are interested in increasing the writing content of their courses. Like many schools across the country, UOP is trying to increase the number of writing-intensive courses it offers students. When a group of faculty received a grant to redesign their curriculum, they enlisted the help of veteran UWP instructor Demory, who has taught both writing and film classes at UC Davis for more than 20 years, and who regularly teaches UWP 102A, Writing in Film.
