University Writing Program > News > Rebekka Andersen receives 2010 CCCC Outstanding Dissertation Award in Technical Communication Document Actions Rebekka Andersen receives 2010 CCCC Outstanding Dissertation Award in Technical Communication Rebekka Andersen's dissertation, "The Diffusion of Content Management Technologies in Technical Communication Work Groups: A Qualitative Study onthe Activity of Technology Transfer" has been selected as the winner of the2010 Conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC) OutstandingDissertation Award in Technical Communication. Each year, dissertations are evaluated according to the originality of research, contribution the research makes to the field, methodological soundness of approach used, awareness of existing research in the area studied, and overall quality of writing. Rebekka will receive her award at the Awards Reception of the 2010 CCCC Convention in Louisville, Kentucky on March 19, 2010.
